An educational platform with an audience of ~800,000 developers was preparing for scaling. Product marketing and sales funnels for courses, webinars, and workshops needed to be built
Process
We conducted a full audit of advertising campaigns and structure. We rebuilt audience segmentation. We optimized and designed funnels: landing page → registration → bot/email sequence → participation → purchase
We launched performance campaigns (VK Ads, Yandex.Direct, Telegram Ads, MTS-Marketer), and developed a CJM for each product. We managed CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics at all stages
We redesigned lead qualification and distribution logic. We held major promotions (Black Friday -40%, New Year, Partner giveaway)
